Our health is so important, yet we take it for granted until it’s compromised. In the same way, we take breathing for granted since it’s something we do instinctively. I caught a really bad flu this past week, and not that a reminder is needed, but it’s nice to have. In case you need one…take care of yourself now, get strong physically now, eat healthy now, drink less now, create less stress now, get more sleep now, and practice yoga now. Health is wealth and something to be grateful for daily. Invest in yourself and what matters most before ‘tomorrow’ is too late.
